wieland lemke (*1997, wolgast) studied costume design at the university of arts berlin in the class of prof. florence von gerkan and prof. lisa meier, and assisted costume designers such as lea søvsø, christina schmitt, rainer sellmaier and jelena miletic, directors julia lwowski, franziska kronfoth and sanghwa park, as well as dramaturg maria buzhor at neuköllner oper, deutsches theater berlin, sophiensaele, akademie der künste berlin, theatre bremen, oper halle, komische oper berlin and théâtre de l´athénée louis-jouvet paris.

he created costume designs for director georg schütky at steirischer herbst´22, theatre münster, munich biennale for new musictheatre and oper graz for inclusive ensembles, as well as directors julia lwowski, franziska kronfoth and author bruno brandes.

together with opera director katja czellnik and stage designers tatjana reeh, orli baruch, sanghwa park and iris christidi they produced several experimental performances at weastgermany office for postpostmodern communication. furthermore pas de deux site specific works with stage designer helene scheithe and conceptual performative drafts with costume designers una steinbrecher, jule posadowsky, nina ballhause and experimental musician wilhelm gustaf ljunggren dahl.

wieland lemke was featured as a performer in productions of the music-theater collective hauen und stechen in berlin and paris.
